The Pillars of LUDIC
LUDIC’s team includes activity and support staff, activity leaders, lifeguards, specialized education professionals, care attendants, and several other specialists (occupational therapists, speech‑language pathologists, psychologists, special‑education teachers, sexologists, etc.). These professionals contribute to our training sessions and provide valuable guidance to our teams. Thanks to our passionate and dedicated staff, we are able to offer adapted, safe, and engaging activities.

Associate Coordinator
Fabrice Viens-Savoie (He/Him)
Fabrice joined the organization in October 2021 as a support worker for regular activities. He quickly developed a strong connection to LUDIC, its values, and its approach to intervention through leisure and play. These first experiences in the field also led him toward psychoeducation, a discipline in which he is now completing his master’s degree. After one session as a support worker, he became a group leader. In 2023–2024, he also held a coordination role focused on program review and served on the committee overseeing the organization’s separation from the Fédération GymnO. He now works as an Associate Coordinator, primarily responsible for communications and social media management.

For more than 10 years, she has been proud to be part of LUDIC, an organization that holds a special place in her heart. Over the years, she has grown within the organization as a participant, volunteer, activity leader, activity coordinator, and, for the past three years, as a specialized educator at the day camp — always driven by the desire to support young people and their families. Today, as a Psychosocial Worker, she brings her experience and passion to children and teens, ensuring that every activity is safe, adapted, and enriching for everyone.
