Want to register your child for LUDIC? Here are the steps to follow:

REVIEW OUR PROGRAMS
Before anything else, it’s important to get familiar with the activities we offer. You can browse the “Our Activities” section to explore our different programs: Programs for ages 5-12, Programs for ages 12-18, Programs for ages 18-21, Day Camp.
WAITLIST
To become a member, you must first join our waitlist. You can complete the form HERE.
REGISTRATION DAY
Once your name reaches the top of our waitlist, we will invite you to our Registration Day.
CONFIRMATION AFTER REGISTRATION DAY
IF WE CAN OFFER YOUR CHILD A SPOT:You will receive a confirmation by phone and email. Then, simply follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your registration. If you don’t see the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
IF WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER A SPOT THIS SESSION:
This means we do not currently have the resources needed to welcome your child. However, you will be given priority for the next session if spots become available.
FIRST DAY OF ACTIVITIES
On the first day, you must:
- Have completed all required forms
- Have paid the registration fees
- Inform the coordination team if your child uses adapted transportation
